Our Doctor
Igor Dukarevich, DPM
Dr. Igor Dukarevich is dedicated to keeping his patients healthy and active. He has been in private practice of podiatry since 2011. Prior to that, he underwent a three-year residency at Rush University Medical Center, where he received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery, biomechanics, and medicine. He obtained his doctorate degree in podiatry from Rosalind Franklin University and Scholl College of Podiatry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from DePaul University.
Dr. Dukarevich specialized in foot and ankle disorders, with interests in wound care, sports medicine, trauma and pediatrics. He is on staff at West Suburban Medical Center and Mount Sinai Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. From 2017-2022, he served as the Residency Director at Loretto Hospital.

He speaks fluent Russian and basic Spanish.

Dr. Dukarevich is on the wound care physician panel at West Suburban Medical Center. He specializes in the care of difficult and non-healing wounds of the lower extremity. Dr. Dukarevich underwent Healogics wound care training in challenging wounds and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. To make an appointment at the Wound Care Center please call (708) 763-1740.

Dr. Dukarevich served as the director of podiatry residency training at Loretto Hospital from 2017-2022. Unfortunately, as of 2022 the program has closed.

Dr. Dukarevich has been appointed a Lecturer of Podiatric Surgery and Applied Biomechanics at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and
Science and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Podiatric Surgery at Ross University School of Medicine.
